Dever Solutions’ flagship business architecture courses are complemented by a range
of training events in process improvement and business change methods. These are
delivered in the following ways:
- Public Courses - Where we offer events for delegates from different organisations
to join together at a mutually convenient time and location to develop capability
in business change matters.
- In House - Where we visit a client company to up-skill a particular group of people
or team. Most courses last two or three days depending on a company’s particular
requirements; the modular nature of our courses allows bespoke training packages
to be assembled to suit a particular need.
- Blended Learning - Where through our e-learning portal and coupled with webinar tutorials
we coach individuals at a distance primarily in the EMEA* region.
(*time difference
alignment of tutorials). - E-learning - Where we offer distance learning to individuals – all regions.

Dever is particularly keen on involving your people in change and has experience
of integrating change into existing cultures. Collective involvement of staff is
vital in the implementation of any new technology or process success.
We offer change event management where we assist clients to embed their new ways
of working with their staff using facilitated workshops. It is important to motivate
and encourage staff through a business change programme. So often a new technology
or process is introduced without bringing the people with it, leading to a sub-optimised
delivery and even programme failure.
Topics covered:
- Project Management
- Hothouse
